With our process expertise, advanced technology and team of dedicated associates, we support millions of people in their day-to-day interactions, every day. Our efforts have expanded to align with six of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Good Health and Well-being, Gender Equality, Decent Work and Economic Growth and Sustainable Cities and Communities. We strive to make a positive impact with our solutions that promote social justice, accessibility and equity. Whether it’s improving access to healthcare and social determinants of health, assisting those who may not be able to afford medications, enabling access to childcare services or emergency assistance benefits for those in need, fostering positive work experiences for employees, or helping to reduce traffic speeds and auto accidents, we help our clients support millions of people in their day-to-day, every day. With our process expertise, advanced technology and team of dedicated associates, we enable programs that support the most vital aspects of our communities.

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I)

Diverse experiences, perspectives and backgrounds lead to better ideas, better outcomes and a better world for our associates, clients and communities. We are committed to ensuring a comfortable and accepting work environment and sourcing top diverse talent. In 2022, we proudly received seven awards for DE&I, including being named one of DEI’s Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion, IWEI’s Top Employer for LGBT+ Inclusion in India, HRC’s Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality in the U.S. and Equidad Mexico, Comparably’s Best CEOs for Women, and more. We also extend our DE&I commitment to our supplier base and actively seek certified diverse suppliers beyond our in-house operations.

Giving back in our local communities

In 2022, nearly 6,000 of our associates around the world participated in over 10,000 hours of volunteer efforts to help those in need, including food drives, community events and responding to natural disasters. We offer solutions that deliver payment of benefits such as Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) that are essential to supporting the Sustainable Development Goal of “Zero Hunger.” Further, the Conduent Foundation makes donations to support and extend our ongoing volunteerism program:  ConduentCares.

Our associate experience is guided by three core tenets: be yourself, grow and thrive and make a difference. Every day we work to build a culture where individuality is both noticed and valued.
