At Conduent, Corporate Social Responsibility is about our clients, our people, our planet and our business. We take a comprehensive approach with a cross-functional, enterprise-wide program to assess, develop and report on environmental, social and governance initiatives and performance data across Conduent. Our commitment to this program supports the enduring success of our associates, clients and shareholders.

We’re Focused on Four Key Areas

1. Delivering on “mission critical” for our clients

In managing mission-critical services on behalf of our clients each day, our environmental and social responsibility efforts align closely with five of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

  • No Poverty
  • Zero Hunger
  • Good Health and Wellbeing
  • Sustainable Cities and Communities
  • Decent Work and Economic Growth

2. Supporting our people and global communities

We believe that our people and our communities are at the core of our success and add momentum to our clients’ mission, an integral part of our clients’ success. We’re focused on:

  • Associate engagement
  • Diversity and inclusion
  • Supplier diversity
  • Giving back to our communities
  • Associate health and wellness
  • Protecting the data we manage

3. Protecting our planet

We’re committed to transparency about our sustainability efforts impacting the environment, supply chain and the communities in which we operate. We accomplish this through both our environmental policy and practices and our alignment with external frameworks such as the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and CDP’s Climate Change questionnaire.

4. Responsibly governing our business

We strive to be a role model in ethical behavior and business practices, nurturing a culture of integrity, accountability and transparency. This is enforced through our Ethics Program, Code of Conduct, Enterprise Risk Management function and Board of Directors and governance framework.

Making Progress through Action

Through focused effort, greater resource allocation and alignment with our associates, suppliers, community, clients and shareholders, we’ve made considerable progress on our CSR and ESG initiatives.
