Scott Cade

Scott is General Manager of Conduent’s Government Eligibility and Enrollment business supporting State and Federal clients’ efforts to enhance and transform services for their constituents. In this role he is responsible for all P&L and operational activities for a portfolio of business and offerings that include government eligibility and enrollment services, contact centers, case management systems and information technology solutions.

Scott has more than 25+ years of experience working to improve delivery of government services to individuals and families. He joined Conduent after 15 years in New York State government where he served in various policy and leadership roles, including Deputy Commissioner of New York’s human services agency. Scott is a nationally recognized leader in child support having served in public, private and not-for-profit leadership positions.

Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University and his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School. He is a licensed attorney in New York State.
