Rob Houser

Rob leads Strategy and Product Management teams at Conduent partnering throughout the company to deliver on our long-term capital allocation and strategic plan – evaluating business and market opportunities and helping to execute investments that ensure Conduent’s long-term growth and profitability.

Rob is a seasoned executive with broad experience in product and strategy, finance/accounting, merger and acquisitions, and portfolio optimization. He has worked across a range of industries such as public accounting, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, manufacturing, and financial technology (fintech). His experience includes multiple executive positions at large global companies including Integra Life Sciences, Fiserv, KPMG, Merck, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Firmenich. A strong advocate of teamwork, he brings a track record of success in leading and growing best-in-class teams.

Rob earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and his MBA from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ.
