Lydie has end-to-end responsibility over our extensive portfolio of government healthcare solutions helping agencies achieve their public healthcare program goals. In her role as Vice President and General Manager for our Government Healthcare Solutions business, Lydie leads our account and service delivery teams, forging deep, collaborative partnerships with our clients while driving operational and programmatic efficiencies for our state-administered Medicaid program clients in the U.S. and public health clients globally.

As a seasoned healthcare executive with 25 years of public healthcare leadership experience, her career-long service to public health programs and passion for optimization form the basis for her innovative, hands-on leadership style. Her unwavering commitment to our clients has earned her recognition as a trusted advisor and a reliable go-to resource for both external stakeholders and internal teams. Across our accounts, Lydie nurtures high-performing teams that thrive in complex environments to implement new technologies, achieve measurable results, increase program participation, reduce costs and improve compliance.

Lydie is passionate about building sustainable and scalable organizations aligned to a unified mission. She carries this approach into her personal life as an active supporter of a leading leadership development program non-profit. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Providence College.
