Maintenance and Support
We offer comprehensive warranty, maintenance and support services to keep your operations running smoothly. A dedicated CPAS Support Services team and Account Executives are readily available to address each client’s requirements. A Partner program, composed of selected integrators and qualified third-party organizations, gives clients multiple options for rapid and cost-effective system support. This approach has enabled CPAS to support clients on four continents over the last three decades.
Our demonstrated commitment to supporting our clients is second to none in the industry. Maintenance services are covered by a monthly fee for the duration of the license and provide for product updates and access to future enhancements, while comprehensive support is renewed each year.
CPAS offers a number of alternative methods for functional and technical pension system training. Training is primarily offered through instructor-led courses and one-on-one training delivered by a CPAS expert.
Three types of training are available:
Initial Template Functionality Training: Conducted with the installation of the CPAS v5 template product, this training program familiarizes users and the project team with the base template application in preparation for implementation.
Functionality Training: This includes in-depth training on all aspects of the configured CPAS v5 system. This training is typically provided before each major project deliverable and before User Acceptance Testing.
Technical Training: This basic user training is tailored to support each client’s technical knowledge requirements. Technical training can include training on Oracle Database Administration as it pertains to CPAS, installation procedures, backup and data recovery procedures and any other technical training identified during the specification stage.
An alliance with the right partners is one of CPAS’ critical success factors, both short-term and long-term. CPAS sponsors a Partner Program for the v5 product suite. There is an intense certification and endorsement process involved in the qualification of new CPAS Partners. CPAS Partners are typically professional service organizations with the requisite project management and technical skills to support this type of specialized implementation. In addition to the training component of the Partner Certification Program, Partners are provided with ongoing technical support.
