Empowering Public Health Organizations with Critical Insights to Contain the Outbreak
Disease Surveillance and Outbreak Management
As the Novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread, organizations face disease surveillance and outbreak containment challenges.
Conduent has launched a software module for its disease surveillance and outbreak management platform, Maven®, configured to securely track, manage and report on cases of COVID–19.
- Comprehensive disease surveillance and outbreak management to integrate and coordinate timely information and analytic insights among collaborating epidemiologists, medical professionals and public health departments. This type of case management is crucial to reducing the spread of COVID-19.
- Relevant and efficient data collection, rich contact tracing and robust reporting features empower health officials to identify and track those at risk, to make informed outbreak containment decisions, and provide stakeholders with timely and relevant information.
- Data aggregation and visualization tools provide textual and geographic visualizations of outbreak areas and case clusters.
Maven is a disease surveillance software platform that manages cases of more than 90 communicable diseases. Currently used by approximately 40 organizations — primarily U.S. public health agencies at the state, county or local levels, as well as international clients. Due to its unique and flexible design, Maven users can customize the platform on their own to track diseases most prevalent in specific geographies or communities. Maven also easily integrates with existing public health systems.
