Chief Marketing Officer
Tracy leads the centralized Marketing and Communications function for Conduent. In this role, Tracy is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing and communications strategy to build Conduent brand awareness globally, position Conduent for consideration and accelerate the sales cycle. The global marketing team develops account-based and offering marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, thought leadership, paid media, brand strategy and design, internal and external events, and country marketing, influencing significant pipeline, signings and retention for every Conduent business. In addition, Tracy leads ESG reporting and drives accountability for ESG initiatives across Conduent while also assuming direct responsibility for the Conduent Foundation, which promotes and supports associate volunteerism.
Tracy has deep marketing experience with exceptional results driving business growth, as well as managing successful ESG initiatives and communications. Prior to this role, Tracy was part of the senior team that stood up Conduent as a company, building new systems, processes and teams, and managing all aspects of the Conduent brand development and launch. Prior to Conduent, Tracy held numerous marketing leadership roles at Xerox, including leading the Xerox global brand, division marketing and communications, and product portfolio marketing; as well as engineering, product delivery, and operational roles.
Tracy serves on the President’s Advisory Roundtable at the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA in marketing from the William E. Simon School of the University of Rochester.
