She is also a guest lecturer at Columbia University, the University of California, San Diego as well as adjunct faculty at the Rutgers executive education MBA program. Blake contributes to Forbes, the Harvard Business Review, and Hemispheres Magazine.

Randall King has responsibility for 25K customer experience professionals who deliver best-in-class service globally to millions of customers on behalf of Conduent’s clients. In this role, Randall drives strategic transformation, client relationship development, and service excellence. He works in close collaboration with business and technology leaders to bring innovative solutions to Conduent’s clients, while delivering an integrated and seamless experience to their customers.
Prior to joining Conduent, Randall served as Chief Operating Officer for Bank of America’s Consumer and Wealth Management Operations and Global Business Services organizations. He has led key functions including operational excellence, risk management, process engineering and operational resilience. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at North Carolina State University and completed the Operations Leadership Program at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He is also a certified Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
