Michael Sauls

Michael is responsible for operational and strategic planning for Conduent’s Healthcare Payer Solutions business, which focuses on optimizing value and outcomes for health plans and their members.

Michael Sauls brings more than 25 years of healthcare IT services, solutions and consulting experience with focuses in both payer and provider domains. He has a proven track-record specializing in business management, strategy, development, operations and client management in addition to serving as a CIO for multiple health plans in both public and private sectors. Prior to joining Conduent, Michael held leadership, sales and executive positions with EDS, Tenet, CSC and DST.

 

Tom Lukens

COB Operations Manager

In this role, Tom leads the COB team in identifying other primary insurance coverage and returning savings to our clients, while providing a dynamic offering to all stakeholders. Since joining Conduent in 2008, Tom has a strong history of successfully developing and implementing cost savings solutions across commercial and government health plans. Tom is a graduate of Illinois State University where he studied Finance and Insurance.

 

Annie Chang

Business Solutions Architect
Conduent

Annie joined Conduent in 2018 as a Business Solution Architect. Annie is responsible for leading healthcare payer third party administration pursuits, supporting the business design of the Conduent HSP core administration platform and working in client implementations.

Prior to joining Conduent, Annie has more than 15 years as Product Director of multiple Medicare Advantage systems focused on financial reconciliation with CMS, Enrollment Processing, Risk Adjustment at MMC 20/20 and Plan Data Management (later bought out by Trizetto/Cognizant). Annie’s deep knowledge in Medicare Part C and D includes operational experience in validating MSP/COB occurrences.

Annie holds a A.B.A in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College.
