Narayanan Sundaresan

As Chief Information and Technology Officer, Narayanan leads Conduent’s global technology organization, overseeing enterprise technology strategy, digital platforms, data, cybersecurity and technology operations.

An accomplished technology executive, Narayanan brings nearly 30 years of experience leading digital transformation, product and platform strategy, cloud technologies, data and analytics, cybersecurity and global technology organizations. His approach is grounded in connecting technology strategy with business priorities, creating scalable capabilities that help organizations operate more efficiently, adapt to change and deliver better experiences.

Prior to joining Conduent, Narayanan held several senior technology leadership roles at Strategic Education and Capella Education Company. He helped lead a multi-year cloud transformation, built global technology and delivery capabilities, and led technology integration following the Strayer-Capella merger. Earlier in his career, he held leadership, product development and consulting roles spanning education, enterprise systems and software development.

Narayanan earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Karnatak University. He also completed the High Potential Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
