Michelle Arlotta Routh

Michelle Arlotta Routh serves as Interim Chief Information Officer for Conduent, where she is responsible for leading the company’s global technology organization and strengthening the services, platforms and capabilities that support Conduent’s clients, associates and operations.

A seasoned technology executive, Michelle has more than 25 years of experience leading business and technology transformation across Fortune 500 companies, global nonprofit organizations and consulting firms. She has experience leading high-performing technology organizations spanning enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity and AI.

Michelle joined Conduent from Slalom Consulting, where she served as General Manager for the firm’s Georgia and Alabama business.

Previously, Michelle served as Chief Information Officer for Coca-Cola North America, Global Chief Enterprise Architect for The Coca-Cola Company, and served as Chief Information Officer for CARE USA.

Earlier in her career, Michelle held leadership roles at Accenture, where she advised global clients on large-scale technology transformation, enterprise modernization, mergers and acquisitions, and complex systems integration.

She holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Albany.
