As Head of Commercial Solutions and Account Management at Conduent, Kimberly leads the strategic direction and execution of all product and service organizations within our Commercial business unit. She ensures consistent excellence across every client engagement, positioning Conduent as a trusted, strategic partner to accelerate their growth journeys.
In addition to overseeing solution delivery, Kimberly is responsible for all client-facing account teams, driving operational excellence and fostering deep, collaborative relationships to ensure that Conduent remains a proactive partner—co-creating future pathways and delivering measurable impact. A transformational leader with more than 25 years of experience, Kimberly has built a reputation for successfully scaling, restructuring, and revitalizing organizations. Her hallmark is guiding teams through complex strategic transformations, designing and launching new commercial operating models, and cultivating high-performance cultures rooted in purpose and accountability.
Before joining Conduent, Kimberly held senior leadership roles across globally recognized organizations. She served as Head of Industry for both Healthcare and Consumer Retail verticals at DXC Technology, led Innovation and Marketing for a private equity-backed consulting firm specializing in hospital lab and radiology transformation, and was Commercial General Manager for a venture-backed biotech company introducing breakthrough technologies to the healthcare market. Her career spans leadership across sales, marketing, and operations, always with a sharp focus on commercial strategy and client-centricity.
Kimberly holds a BA from the University of San Francisco and an Executive MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. She also earned a certificate in Executive Leadership from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
