Steve Heintz

As President of our BPaaS Solutions portfolio within our Commercial business, Steve leads a global organization responsible for product management, delivery and operations, service management, and client implementations in close collaboration with client-facing teams. This portfolio spans Finance, Accounting and Procurement, Bank and Lending Solutions, Health Plan Administration, Payment Integrity, Human Capital Solutions, and Legal, Compliance and Analytics Solutions. Across our entire Commercial business, Steve is focused on executing organizational strategies, aligning company goals, monitoring performance, improving processes, driving innovation and reducing costs. He coordinates with all aspects of the business to help shape strategic initiatives and promote a culture of excellence in delivering differentiated services for our clients.

Steve has over two decades of global experience leading large-scale organizational delivery, transformation and change management. Prior to Conduent, he served as Managing Director at Accenture in both their Health and Public Sector practices where he led various aspects of the delivery organization, shaped delivery strategy and execution, and oversaw large-scale client transformations. Steve’s track record of optimizing operational efficiency and driving strategic growth is complimented by a deep understanding of artificial intelligence to unlock new levels of performance and competitive advantage for clients.

Steve holds a BA in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from Arizona State University.
