Anthony S. Marino

As Chief Administrative Officer, Tony leads a global organization that encompasses key functions—including Human Resources—that deliver essential services, expertise and support to Conduent’s businesses and associates worldwide. Tony is focused on driving efficiencies, implementing best practices and processes and building a strong culture. In this role, Tony partners with the businesses to enable strategic insights and optimization across the company. Tony also has purview over the management of our geographic regions, ensuring that each location contributes to our growth while ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Tony has three decades of in-depth global experience leading large-scale organizational transformation and change management. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt adept at process reengineering. Tony was instrumental in the turnaround and IPO of First Data and the merger and integration of First Data and Fiserv.

Prior to Conduent, Tony served as CHRO for several Fortune 500 companies including Fiserv, The Guardian Life Insurance Company, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ and Ally Financial. Prior to these experiences, Tony was a senior HR executive at Bank of America.

Tony currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cypress Loan Servicing, LLC. He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio University and recently received The Walter Center Legacy in Leadership Award.
