Prior to joining Conduent, Rick spent 16 years with Deloitte Consulting as a Principal in their Human Capital practice where he held several key leadership positions, including the Talent, Performance & Rewards Practice Leader for the Northeast and West Regions and the Human Capital Dean of the new hire undergrad program.
