Rebecca has conducted a number of organizational assessments, including analysis of service delivery and staffing models to reduce costs and respond to changing customer expectations. She has led multiple change initiatives with impacts to structure, process, people, culture, and technology—in M&A environments and otherwise—and managed a multi-million-dollar 18-month outsourcing implementation for a marquee international client with responsibility for process design, requirements documentation, testing, training and go-live for an administrative service center and an interactive portal. Rebecca has substantial facilitation experience. In addition to facilitating many strategy workshops, she has conducted more than 500 hours of focus groups and interviews with executives, functional subject matter experts and employees around the world—with significant time spent in India, Australia and Singapore.
Prior to joining Conduent, Rebecca studied biology at Colgate University, graduating magna cum laude.
