Prior to joining Conduent, Lee was the Global Integration Office Management and Governance Lead at Mylan. In this role, she worked on the integration of multiple, billion dollar acquisitions focusing on all phases of the deal—from pre-close and due diligence to Day One readiness, integration planning, and value creation/synergy tracking. She was responsible for working directly with all corporate and operational business functions to set integration priorities, design and manage TSA services and exit plans. She also directly led complex, cross-functional integration projects like organization design and rebranding.

Before she focused on integration, Lee served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that position, she worked as the lead for a Global HR Transformation which included HR strategy, operating model and organization design, Workday implementation, global process mapping, communications, and change management. In this role she was truly an “internal consultant” responsible for driving strategy, efficiency and excellence across the global HR function.

She started her career in consulting for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Mercer, working in multiple areas of HR strategy and service delivery.
