25+ years of experience

Jeff led the back-office HR operations for large retail and consumer products companies aligning changing business goals with operational improvements including both cost and quality of service improvements. As the global leader of strategic development centers in Krakow and Bangalore, Jeff developed the Global Labor Strategy and mobilization framework to shift capabilities to lower cost locations and sun-never-set operations. He also developed a national training capability in Australia, harnessing global best practices in learning design, education technologies, and operations and partnering with the COO and business leads to develop a skills enablement program using the broader company technology and process transformation to enable change management. Jeff also has complex global technology leadership experience developing and operating solutions for the airline, insurance, and telecommunications industries.

Prior to joining Conduent, Jeff held senior leadership roles at Sabre Consulting and Accenture.
