Randall King

Global Head, Customer Experience Management

As the Global Head of Customer Experience Management, Randall has overall responsibility for our customer experience professionals across all Conduent locations who deliver a best-in-class experience to millions of end users every day.  Randall drives strategic transformation and operational efficiencies, helping our clients reduce costs, drive scale and grow revenue while meeting accelerating end user expectations. He works in close collaboration with our other business leaders and our Technology organization to bring modern, best-in-class, platform-based technology solutions to our clients, while delivering an integrated and seamless experience to their end users.

Randall joins us from Bank of America, where he most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for Consumer and Wealth Management Operations and Global Business Services. In that role he led multiple key functions such as operational excellence, risk management, process engineering, and operational resilience. In his career, Randall has led multiple teams across call centers, branch operations, fraud, and collections, with increasing responsibility and accountability.

Randall earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at North Carolina State University, and he completed the Operations Leadership Program at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.  He is also a certified Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
