As Chief Administrative Officer, Pat has responsibility for Conduent’s global real estate and procurement functions with a focus on driving efficiencies, implementing best practices and processes, and managing cost and risk. He also has purview over the management of our geographic regions, ensuring that each location within our four major geographies contributes to our growth while maximizing efficiency and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Pat has more than 33 years of experience in senior leadership roles, including expertise in global real estate management, procurement, and vendor management. Prior to Conduent, Pat was at JLL, a global commercial real estate services company with offices in 80 countries, where he served as the Global Account Executive for the Bank of America account, leading a global team of 1,200 employees and ensuring operational and service excellence. Previously, as the Global Shared Services Executive at Ally, Pat was responsible for corporate real estate and global supply chain and vendor management. Pat served as the Military Segment Executive for Bank of America, delivering the bank’s products and services to military customers globally. Earlier in his career, Pat served with distinction as a naval officer and fighter pilot in the U.S. Navy for more than 25 years and was a member of the Blue Angels – the U.S. Navy’s elite flight demonstration squadron. He is a decorated veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) and Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Pat earned his Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. He holds a degree in the National Security Program at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, where he was selected to participate in its prestigious Federal Executive Fellowship program.
