As Group Chief Executive of Conduent’s Government Business, Marcus Collier has global, end-to-end responsibility for the entire portfolio of government offerings spanning the Federal, State, Local, and Government Healthcare sectors. Conduent is a recognized leader, serving as an essential partner to some of the world’s largest governments, and a majority of states in the U.S. Our digital offerings for government touch millions of citizens every day, such as processing 43% of U.S. child support and 55% of SNAP payments, for which Marcus has end-to-end delivery responsibility.

Marcus is an accomplished executive who has led diverse, high-performance organizations to achieve sustained growth. He has more than 35 years of experience in the technology-enabled business services space with deep expertise in the government contracting and delivery environment within federal, state and local sectors for a number of companies, including General Dynamics, Anteon Corporation and Techmatics.
Prior to Conduent, Marcus led the strategy, growth, operations and organizational development of a multi-disciplinary business providing information technology and business processing outsourcing services at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). He also led the organization through a transformation growing it from $325 million in revenue to $2 billion and established GDIT as the largest IT, cloud and service provider in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services market.

Marcus holds an MBA in International Finance from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan.
