Marco is responsible for new business development across Conduent’s commercial portfolio, penetrating target markets with our technology-led solutions to generate new revenue streams and increase market share.

A collaborative and innovative leader, Marco built five successful technology product startups and generated hundreds of millions in revenue while pioneering in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning products. His technologies have been adopted globally by hundreds of the Fortune 1000 companies to drive scale, client growth, retention, data monetization and transformation. In addition, he is a trusted advisor to technology and fintech C-suite leaders on strategy, business development, data analytics and artificial intelligence for new products and revenue growth.

Prior to Conduent, he led the growth of several technology companies as advisory to CEOs and boards of directors focused on data and software to help transform human interactions through artificial intelligence. He also led the McKinsey Journey Analytics program globally as the first technology CEO to partner with McKinsey to bring product solutions to Fortune 500 boards.
