Lou Keyes

As Chief Revenue Officer, Lou is responsible for global sales and marketing, training and upskilling our teams, and driving the achievement of our sales and revenue objectives.

Lou is an innovator and catalyst for driving client satisfaction, transformation, and revenue growth, with an extensive background with Fortune 500 firms in professional services, outsourcing, business process solutions, and enterprise software across multiple industries. He has more than two decades of experience building and leading successful sales and client service teams to help clients achieve complex business goals while seeing significant increases in both retention and revenue growth.

Prior to Conduent, Lou was at York Risk Services, where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer. At York, he led successful transformation from multiple, decentralized, product specialty teams into a single, customer focused sales and client management organization. During his leadership, York implemented new sales tools, processes, and methodologies, leading to two consecutive years of record sales performance. Before York, he was Senior Vice President, Enterprise Accounts, at Fiserv Inc. He has also held senior sales and general management roles at Electronic Data Systems Corporation working closely with public sector and commercial clients.

Lou obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
