Jeff Browning

Jeff leads Conduent’s global risk management and procurement functions, partnering throughout the organization to support the successful achievement of Conduent’s strategy and optimize related operational performance. These essential functions drive enterprise-wide strategic management of risk, supplier performance and relationships, and efficiency to advance Conduent’s objectives.

A seasoned executive, Jeff has more than 30 years of professional experience spanning numerous management and senior leadership roles across all areas of enterprise and operational risk management. He has served as Chief Risk Officer, Chief Audit Executive and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Fortune 500 corporations in the Financial Services, Technology and Energy industries. Jeff has global experience in the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic enterprise-wide risk management programs governing risk assessment, corporate security, enterprise policy, cyber security, data privacy, incident and crisis management, business continuity, quality, client assurance, operational performance and regulatory compliance. He also has extensive experience in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeff completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program and holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science degree with an accounting focus from Indiana University.
