Mr. Gary has served as Senior Managing Director of Icahn Enterprises L.P. (IEP), a diversified holding company engaged in a variety of businesses, including investment, energy, automotive, food packaging, metals, real estate, and home fashion, and has been employed by IEP since November 2010. Prior to that time, Mr. Gary had been employed by Icahn Associates Corporation, an affiliate of IEP, in various roles since June 2003, most recently as the Chief Operating Officer of Icahn Sourcing LLC.
