Dharma is a savvy technology leader who has modernized clients’ business processes via automation solutions and has driven digital adoption of their end-user communications.

A seasoned executive with extensive experience across a wide range of industries from healthcare to banking, Dharma has held multiple leadership roles in his career, with responsibilities including P&L, strategy, client account management, business development, product, sales, service delivery and operations. He has proven success in driving growth, strategic transformation and expansion into new market segments. He specializes in restructuring and streamlining operations, while improving delivery to clients through technology and process improvement initiatives as well as through highly engaged employees.

Dharma earned an MS in Electronics & Computer Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Madras.
