Dharma oversees our Automated Document Solutions business, delivering innovative technology solutions, including advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, to help our clients elevate user experiences, drive more efficient business processes and accelerate their growth. Dharma is a savvy technology leader who has modernized clients’ business processes via automation solutions and has driven digital adoption of their end-user communications.

At Conduent, he previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer in both our Commercial and Transportation businesses. As a seasoned executive with extensive experience across a wide range of industries from healthcare to banking, his multiple leadership responsibilities have spanned P&L, strategy, client account management, business development, product, sales, service delivery and operations. He has proven success in driving growth, strategic transformation and expansion into new market segments. He specializes in streamlining operations, while improving delivery to clients through technology and process improvement initiatives as well as through highly engaged employees.

Dharma earned an MS in Electronics & Computer Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Madras.
