Chris Malley

Chris is responsible for operations across our portfolio of government solutions as well as implementations in our transportation solutions business, ensuring we help agencies better serve their constituents and deliver mission-critical solutions and services more efficiently and effectively.

Chris is a proven technology and operations leader with a history of transforming organizations to drive increased revenue, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. He is known for his ability to drive business results, leverage technology, and apply his operations expertise to solve complex challenges while positioning the organization for the future.

A creative problem-solver and excellent communicator who is adept at building and managing high-performance teams, Chris previously served as the Chief Operating Officer for Fiserv Output Solutions. In this role, he led and managed operations across eight facilities and 1,800 associates. During his career, he has also served in operational and technology leadership roles at companies such as Altisource and GMAC.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from NYU and an MBA from University of North Carolina, Greensboro.
