Brian Webb-Walsh is chief financial officer and a corporate vice president of Conduent Incorporated, effective on Jan. 1, 2017.

Webb-Walsh is responsible for all finance, treasury, investor relations, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, tax, audit and procurement at Conduent.

At Xerox, Webb-Walsh was chief financial officer for the Xerox Services business. He was named to that position in January 2016 and oversaw the financial operations, ensuring adequate internal controls, financial discipline and integrity. He also provided leadership in the company’s separation into two independent, publicly-traded companies.

Prior, Webb-Walsh was senior vice president of finance for the Government Healthcare Group and the Platform Development and Systems Integration Group, where he managed financial operations, pricing, and contracting.

Webb-Walsh joined Xerox in 1997 and has held a variety of positions in finance including vice president of finance for the Global Document Outsourcing Group, vice president of finance for the U.S. Large Enterprise Operations Group, chief financial officer of Xerox Litigation Services and he’s held senior roles in investor relations and corporate financial planning and analysis.

Webb-Walsh holds a Masters of Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology, a master’s in accounting from George Washington University and a bachelor’s in management from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
