Andrea is responsible for strategic account management, sales and marketing across our commercial portfolio, helping clients reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enable growth while enhancing experiences for millions of their customers and consumers.

Andrea has over 20 years of experience strategically partnering with commercial clients to drive their desired business objectives, while helping them address pain points, create more efficient business processes, and focus on their core business. Andrea has deep expertise in all aspects of the business outsourcing lifecycle including client communications and frontline customer engagement to back-office capabilities and delivery.

Andrea joined Conduent from Fiserv where she was Vice President of Client Account Management serving a wide array of commercial clients across multiple industries including banking and financial services, technology, communications, insurance, utilities, and retail. She has a proven track record of fostering deep partnerships that deliver the critical outcomes required for her clients to win in their respective markets.

Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and an MBA from Ohio Dominican University and has earned distinctive executive certifications in both Strategic and Global Leadership from Harvard Business School.
