Erica Ong is the Vice President and General Manager for the Communications & Media, and Professional Services industries at Conduent. Erica has a successful track record of working with a variety of clients and has a strong background in account management, operations, and business development. As the industry line between content creators and content providers continues to be blurred, her experience with multiple communications companies lends itself well to media and communications customers who are looking to transform their businesses. During her 17-year tenure with Conduent, Erica has been an account leader with responsibility for delivery, growth, client satisfaction, and financial performance for all services and solutions provided by Conduent across multiple accounts. Before joining Conduent, she worked for a large global media company and in the public sector. Erica graduated with a BS from the College of William & Mary.
