A seasoned industry executive, Faiz brings a strong combination of experience serving corporate buyers and law firms with a mix of legal and compliance solutions. An attorney by training, he has spent 18 years in various commercial leadership roles, including positions with information services giant Wolters Kluwer’s Governance, Risk & Compliance solutions business. He has a strong sales and account management background, is astute in how to profit from changes across the regulatory landscape at both the administration and state level, and knows how to drive collaboration in matrixed organizations. Faiz holds a Juris Doctor from Tulane University School of Law and MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

As the leader of Conduent’s Digital Risk and Compliance business, Sanjay is responsible for development, innovation and deployment of cutting-edge big data analytics solutions to meet real-world risk and compliance challenges. He works with leading corporations to leverage and apply technology to create more intelligent and immediate risk and compliance insights and processes across the business. Sanjay has more than 15 years of experience in Big Data and data science consulting and solutions and has held diverse roles across the industry, as an entrepreneur and business executive leading product, strategy, sales, consulting, and delivery operations, having joined Conduent most recently from a leading corporate advisory and technology consulting firm. Having also practiced law as a corporate defense attorney, Sanjay possesses a strong cross-industry background and understanding for digital transformation and technology convergence across risk and compliance domains, which lends well to delivering innovative and transformational solutions. Sanjay holds dual degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University, and earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He resides in Brooklyn, NY, and is based out of Conduent’s New York City offices.

Stephen Henn is VP, consulting & analytics with Conduent and has more than 20 years of experience in the legal, risk, and compliance area focusing on the application of advanced technologies to address complex business problems. He has served as CEO and president of UBIC North America (now Fronteo), as president and CEO of eMag Solutions and held legal roles as chief compliance officer and president, legal & ethics division, SmartPros. Henn is a frequent speaker on business and legal subjects in venues ranging from large conferences to the National Press Club. He authored Business Ethics: A Case Study Approach (Wiley, June 2009) and has taught classes in technology and law; ethics, professionalism, and the role of the attorney; corporate governance and the role of the general counsel; and ethics and moral hazard.
