56th Annual ERICSA Training Conference & Exposition

May 19, 2019 - May 23, 2019

Are you ready to “Keep Support Flowing For Families” at next week’s 56th Annual ERICSA Training Conference & Exposition in Niagara Falls? We are! We’re looking forward to presentations, conversations and connections, exchanging ideas and expertise with clients, partners and colleagues in this important annual forum.

We’d love to meet you and discuss how digital interactions can help you move child support forward – come see us anytime in the exhibit hall at Booth 29.

In addition, here are some panels we recommend you stop by:

  • Monday, May 20, 10:30am – Modern Child Support Messaging, moderated byKimberly Newsom Bridges. How can you use marketing and analytics to change stakeholders’ perception of your child support agency? Elizabeth Kumar (NY), Judith Green (Los Angeles, CA) and Craig Burshem (VA) will share examples and discuss.
  • Monday, May 20, 1:30pm – Dreaming of a New Child Support System:  Options and Outcomes. What do you need to consider when moving to a new automated system, both in the near term and the future yet to come? Speakers include Hal Carl of Conduent, John White of Deloitte, and Jamie Walker of Accenture.
  • Wednesday, May 22, 8:30am – the ERICSA Book Club invites “world changers” to an interactive workshop featuring Jon Gordon’s book, The Power of Positive Leadership: How and Why Positive Leaders Transform Teams and Organizations and Change the World. Rosalyn Guy-McCorkle (PA) and Robbie Endris will lead discussion and compile other book recommendations.

And of course there’s much more! Thanks to the ERICSA Board of Directors, including our own Robbie Endris and Zach Steed, for their hard work on organizing a relevant, wide-ranging and timely set of activities for the child support community to enjoy.
