Our Global Diversity & Inclusion Council is comprised of 22 members representing each of the functions of our business as well as key regions. The Council was established to:
- Provide global guidance on Conduent’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy
- Make recommendations for delivering and integrating the Diversity & Inclusion strategy within business units, functions and regions globally
- Provide oversight and governance for execution of the Diversity & Inclusion strategy
- Serve as role models for Diversity & Inclusion at Conduent
Define & Measure
Co-create Diversity & Inclusion goals, monitor outcomes and strategy execution. At the same time, report progress to leadership and Conduent overall.
Partner with senior leaders in the businesses/functions/regions to align with overall business strategy and institutionalize human capital practices that accelerate Diversity & Inclusion goals.
Drive accountability for results while providing governance and oversight, as well as promoting company-wide communication on Diversity & Inclusion progress.
Help align the Diversity & Inclusion strategy and areas of focus to meet the needs of the business, industry, and local culture and requirements.
Act as a role-model for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across the company.
