Employee Impact Groups

Our Employee Impact Groups (EIGs) are diverse communities that enhance the associate experience through engagement, development and collaboration.

These seven impact groups host speakers, critical conversations, and cultural and community events that create understanding and opportunities to learn, while promoting inclusion of all associates across the company.

Our EIG leaders are encouraged to partner with associates to define the programs and activities that will help them to feel confident in their own identities, while appreciating the identities of their fellow associates. Our EIGs are strategically aligned with our business functions to drive experience in four key areas:

Culture: Defining programs and activities that impact the culture of Conduent by ensuring a common sense of belonging. In addition to ongoing cultural activities, each of the seven EIGs leads a dedicated enterprise-wide observance month.

Professional Development: Planning programs and events that foster teams and cultivate leaders. Signature programs include the WIN Executive Speaker, LatinX “A Day in the Life Series” series, DisAbility Impact Group’s “Sensitization Series” and our global mentoring program.

Community: Fostering connectedness between Conduent and the communities where our associates live and work by identifying opportunities to serve locally.

Innovation: Driving business results by providing unique and varying perspectives on how to enhance our client experience.

EIGs bring value to participants and Conduent through cultural education and awareness, market and community outreach, professional development, recruiting, retention and client engagement. Our active EIGs include:

Women’s Impact Network (WIN): The Women’s Impact Network (WIN) seeks to inspire all Conduent associates to embrace diversity and act inclusively across the organization, curate learning and professional development opportunities that advance women across all groups, and amplify how diverse teams accelerate business outcomes.

Black Impact Group (BIG): The Black Impact Group seeks to serve and support associates, positively impact global communities, offer broader contributions to Conduent, develop professional networks, and provide an opportunity for members to be heard.

DisAbility Impact Group (DIG): The DisAbility Impact Group seeks to empower employees with different abilities and maximize their full potential through unique and powerful collaboration with other like-minded individuals.

Pride: The Pride Impact Group seeks to inspire LGBTQ+ employees to bring their whole selves to work and share their experiences, connect LGBTQ+ employees across countries and business groups to share knowledge and skills, and demonstrate that Conduent is a best-in-class employer who supports LGBTQ+ initiatives.

LatinX: The LatinX Impact Group seeks to provide an opportunity for LatinX associates to see their culture represented, advance their careers, and build a range of skills to become leaders and role models – while at the same time sharing their voices, and creating a sense camaraderie and belonging.

Conduent Asian Network (CAN): The Conduent Asian Network is a community for employees who associate with Asia Pacific heritage or experiences that foster personal development, while also driving key initiatives across the company that advance growth, quality and efficiency to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.

Conduent Salutes!: Conduent Salutes! seeks to foster understanding and connections that help demonstrate a company culture leveraging the leadership and experience of our associates who are military veterans, military reservists, spouses and family, or supportive members of the armed forces community.
