George Wehbe

As President of our Integrated Digital Solutions portfolio within our Commercial business, George leads product management, delivery and operations, service management, and client implementations in partnership with client-facing teams. This portfolio spans Customer Experience Management, Automated Document Solutions, Multichannel Communications, and Pharmaceutical and Life Science Solutions. Additionally, he oversees Workforce Management/Quality Assurance (QA)/Training for all Commercial Solutions.

George brings a disciplined and results-oriented approach with over three decades of experience leading business transformation, operational excellence and digital innovation. As Chief Operating Officer for Fiserv’s Financial Institutions Group, he was responsible for driving operational resiliency, implementing advanced AI strategies and restructuring teams to deliver enhanced client service and efficiency. Prior to this, George served as Senior Vice President and Head of Output Solutions at Fiserv, where he led the business spanning digital communications, card personalization and commercial print.

His career includes senior leadership roles at First Data Corporation, JP Morgan Chase, Barclays Bank, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, where he managed large-scale operations, spearheaded process re-engineering, and delivered substantial cost savings and revenue growth across North America, EMEA and APAC. His expertise encompasses business turnaround, restructuring, technology enablement and strategic execution in complex, multi-market environments.

George holds an Executive MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Oswego. He has served on the boards of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and Opera Omaha.
